The COVID-19 pandemic was one of the toughest challenges we’ve ever faced. The travel industry was hit hard, and many hosts were forced to close their doors. But we persevered. Through sheer resilience, innovative solutions, and the trust of property owners who stood by us, we not only survived but emerged stronger than ever.

During the pandemic, we worked tirelessly to adapt, implementing strict hygiene protocols and offering long-term stay packages to keep properties occupied.

"The accommodation is very nice, everything in perfect condition, the bed is comfortable, the shower beautiful.. all the essentials (fridge, washing machine, microwave, iron, air conditioning, fan...). The view it has is incredible, you wake up in the morning open an eye and see the Petronas Towers. The pool on the terrace is great, with a spectacular view. Doing the check-in and check-out is very easy, and Ken gives all the necessary instructions. Ken is a great host and answers quick. A good option to live the experience of an Infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Towers. Maybe location didn't seem so comfortable but nothing, but in my case it's just walking a little more and nothing else.. everything is super safe."

"We felt very comfortable right away, the apartment has a wonderful view and Ken was very helpful and really friendly the whole time. The building is also really worth a stay overall! Unfortunately, only the information about the cost of the pool/fitness studio was not correct (indicated were 4$) but we had to pay $9 again for both pool and extra for fitness."

"Really excellent stay. Host very responsive and accommodating. View was amazing, great location. View from pool also amazing but I'd advise not to put head under water as I got a nasty ear infection in the coming days, no fault of the host. Really happy with our stay!!"

"Kan has a great place. The location is outstanding, less than 500m from the Petronas Towers and so there’s tonnes of restaurants and the city’s best malls nearby, including Pavillion and TRX. If you want to stay in, the local options on Grab are awesome and Kans apartment is very relaxing, with a great smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The view is exactly as in the pictures but if you want to see the Towers you can go to the top floor Infinity pool. This can get quite busy so try to be first in the morning if you want it to yourself. There is no water/drinks/snacks in the fridge but you can get some stuff from the convenience store in the lobby. Thanks Kan for an awesome apartments, and being a super helpful host!!"

It was great experience here and the host gave a detailed instructions to get there & inside the building and help me get a smooth check in & out experience! The place was a decent private space, neat & clean, and everything is being provided! It is also walkable and can get around KL if you want to 👍🏼."
